
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong met in Seoul to discuss how the partnership between the two companies can evolve.
And as it turns out, Microsoft could begin using more chips manufactured by Samsung for cloud servers, while its partners may expand the use of cloud services to more areas, including smart devices like phones.
As reported by Retail News Asia, Samsung already uses Azure for products like system air conditioners to collect data such as temperature and humidity, and the same approach could be used for other smart devices in its lineup.
