Customer Information Stolen in Radisson Hotel Group Data Breach

The Radisson Rewards program of the Radisson Hotel Group suffered a data breach on October 1 which led to the theft of personal information of an undetermined number of customers according to a data security incident notification sent to all affected clients.

Moreover, the Radisson Rewards program provides Radisson Hotel Group clients with a number of services and privileges at more than 1,100 hotels around the globe, including Radisson, Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Park Inn by Radisson, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites.

As reported by Radisson Rewards, "data security incident did not compromise any credit card or password information."

"Our ongoing investigation has determined that the information accessed was restricted to member name, address (including country of residence), email address, and in some cases, company name, phone number, Radisson Rewards member number .
